Study Permit

Main Requirements:
– Passport
– Certificate of acceptance from a Finnish educational institution
– Clarification of Income (bank statements, proof of income/assets)
– Clarification on Tuition Fee: Certificate of paid Tuition Fee or Scholarship (If
applicable)
– Certificate of health insurance (you can purchase from us)

Fee: AED3,399 Processing Fee + Visa Cost
Processing Time: 2-4 months* Still dependent on immigration’s decision

Dependent Visa (Family Ties)

Main Requirements:
– Legalised marriage certificate or certificate of registered partnership
– Copy of the passport page containing personal data and copies of all pages with notes in your passport and in your spouse’s passport
– Filled up form for clarification of family ties (PK1_plus)
– Documents on your means of support (bank statements, proof of income/assets)
– If your spouse is applying at the same time on the basis of employment, a copy of their employment contract or offer

Fee:
If spouse only: AED3,399 Processing Fee + Visa Cost
Family Package (spouse + upto 2 kids): AED6,799 Processing Fee + Visa Cost
Processing Time: 2-4 months* Still dependent on immigration’s decision

Tourist (Schengen) Visa

Main Requirements:
– Completed and signed visa application form
– One photograph
– Passport
– Travel insurance (you can purchase from us)
– Supporting documents:
     – Flight tickets
     – Confirmation of hotel reservation
     – Private invitation letter or an official invitation.
     – Financial means of support and assets (proof of sufficient financial means to cover the duration)
     – Purpose of the stay
     – Certificate of Employment

Fee: AED799 Processing Fee + Visa Cost
Processing Time: 2-4 months* Still dependent on immigration’s decision
