5. PAYMENT/SUBSCRIPTIONS
You agree to ensure payment for any items you may purchase from us. And you acknowledge and affirm that prices are subject to change. You agree to provide us with valid billing information. We reserve the right to reject or cancel a purchase for any reason, including errors or omissions in the information that you provide to us. We may also request additional information from you prior to confirming a sale. The company accepts Stripe online credit card payment through the website. Some parts of the services are billed on a subscription basis (“Stripe Subscription/s”). You will be billed on a recurring (i.e monthly) basis.
6. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
All applications for cancellations and refunds should be emailed to info@learnedinternational.com. Any cancellation or modification (if any), should be done by you 1 month in advance, else you still need to pay for the following month’s fee in full. Learned International is not obliged to make a refund once the course has started. Refunds can be done only in justifiable circumstances. Learned International has the right to ask for evidence before issuing a refund – duplicate payments, overpayments or other relevant documentation resulting in the need for refund. No refund will be given for missed classes. Refunds (if any), will be deducted with applicable administrative costs.
7. INDEMNITY
You agree to defend and indemnify the company and any of its affiliates and hold us harmless against any legal claims and demands, including reasonable attorney’s fees, which may arise from or relate to your use or misuse of the website or services, your breach of agreement or your conduct or actions.
8. APPLICABLE LAW
This agreement and your use of the website and all non-contractual relationships arising out of your use shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the UAE. Incase of any dispute or litigation, the parties agreed to submit to the jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
